SUMMER REGISTRATION IS OPEN!
We run five days a week for 9 weeks beginning June 17th. Registration is by the week so you can choose to attend the whole summer or for just certain weeks. Our program runs from 9am-6pm with extended care available from 7-9am. We attend field trips or have special events every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Monday and Wednesday activities include The Zone, Exploration & Experiment and Activities. Two snacks are provided daily and lunch is provided every Thursday and Friday. Steps to Register
-Click on the forms below to download and print.
-Complete the entire registration form – front and back. If your child has any allergies or has medication needs, complete Form #2, as well.
-Please make sure to print, complete and sign any waivers that may be needed for your child. See Waiver Section below.
-If your child needs to have medication administered at Day Camp, a Medication Form must be completed in full by parents and returned along with the medication to the Children’s Ministries office before the 1st day of Day Camp. Please complete one form per medication.
-Return the completed forms along with the fees for registration and your child/children’s first week of camp attendance to the Children’s office, B204.
Our current school year office hours Monday-Thursday, 9am-2pm, closed on Fridays. **Our office will be closed 4/19-4/26.
You must register in person by Wednesday of the week before your child will start camp.
The deadline to register for Week #1 is 6/5/19, NO EXCEPTIONS!
We accept check or credit card (3% fee applies), NO CASH.
-Make sure that you print out a Parent Handbook as you are responsible to read, understand and abide by its contents.
**A birth certificate will be required for all children entering 1st grade**

Week 1: All Campers – Rockin’Jump
CIT (Counselor in Training) Program
Our Counselor in Training (CIT) program is for students entering 9th-11th grades and provides young people with a leadership experience designed to prepare them to act as role models for children younger than themselves. They will learn valuable leadership and work skills while guiding our younger campers to a summer of adventure and lasting memories. CITs assist Senior Staff members in program fun and supervision of an assigned group of campers ages 6-12. While a CIT is never left alone to supervise a group, the CIT will develop valuable supervisory, teaching, coaching, and real work experience and skills. The program will run from June 17th–August 16th from 9am until 4pm. Registration is for 3-week sessions. The fees are $60.00 per week and a one time $50 registration fee, which will include snacks, field trips, special events and lunch whenever it is supplied.
The deadline to turn in applications is Wednesday May 22nd.
